Smith & Hammaker has a complete fleet of vans, trucks and cars to support the special needs of our customer base.  It is our goal to provide your material when you need it while limiting your exposure by providing bonded transportation services.  To request pick-up, delivery or on-site access, please call our Customer Service department at (865) 637-7881.

Smith and Hammaker offers five levels of delivery services that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Normal Daily Pickup and Delivery - Our normal pick-up and delivery service is within THREE hours of your request.

Special Delivery - Our special delivery option guarantees pick-up or delivery of your documents within TWO hours of your request.

Rush Delivery - Our rush delivery option guarantees pick-up or delivery of your critical documents within ONE hour of your request.

Emergency Delivery - Emergency delivery of your documents is available after business hours and on non-business days.

Specified Time Delivery - In addition to the above delivery options, Smith & Hammaker will deliver your documents at the time that is most convenient to you.  Contact us and let us know what time you want your documents and we'll have them there on time.

If a client wishes to access their information at our facility, they may do so.  Clients should call ahead so that we will have the information ready for them to view or take with them.

Clients requesting access to documents at our facility may use our conference area for viewing if they wish to do so. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use the conference room so we can make sure it is available.
